As the needs and demands of education constantly change, so the DSG campus is developed to deliver on their educational promise. Whilst there is a robust maintenance plan in place to support and enhance our existing infrastructure, investment into additional facilities is constantly taking place.

Projects that are currently being undertaken include:

• DSG is into its final year of a three year programme to refurbish all classrooms in the Senior School
• DSG is a couple of years into its programme of upgrading a vast majority of the internal campus roadways and pathways
• As part of its ongoing programme to repaint the external façade of large buildings on campus, Merriman Boarding house will receive a repaint in the August 2023 school holidays
• The outdoor pool is scheduled to be resurfaced in the coming months
• The new (second) SAC/DSG astroturf hockey field is nearing final signoff
• DSG will shortly be embarking on its first significant environmental sustainability initiative by installing a large scale Solar PV system on the Aquatic Centre roof in the coming months.

Some recently completed large projects include the following:

• The Carnac and Hodson teaching blocks have both had an external refurbishment, with new windows installed and the buildings repainted
• The Junior School and Junior Boarding House (annex) has also recently received an external repaint
• The indoor pool at the DSG Aquatic Centre was retiled and is looking like a brand new pool
